This page describes how the site www.zambettibus.com (hereinafter “Site”) is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is a document of a general nature that informs about the criteria for the correct processing of personal data carried out on or through the Website, criteria that the user can find illustrated in detail even within the individual information published in the various sections of the Website aimed to specify the modalities and the objectives of the treatments connected to the conferment of information of various nature. This information is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Code regarding the protection of personal data” (hereafter “Privacy Code”) to those who interact with the web services of the Site and does not include the processing carried out on other websites that may be consulted by the user through links on the Site itself.
The information is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive no.
95/46/CE, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the Data Controllers must provide to users when they link to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

The Data Controller of personal data is the company Autoservizi Zambetti srl, with registered office in Via San Lorenzo, Cavellas 4/A 24060 – Casazza (BG) – Italy.
Place of data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the company Open Marketing S.r.l. (via Pastrengo, 9 in Seriate) and are only handled by technical staff in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
The communication and possible dissemination of personal data take place only on the basis of the provisions of the Privacy Code.
Purposes of data processing
Personal data provided by users accessing the Site by sending an e-mail directly to the Data Controller, also using the “Information Request” form / “Contacts” section, will be used only to perform the requested service and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary to comply with the user’s requests or prior written consent.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site, by its very nature, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The company Autoservizi Zambetti srl carries out the processing of personal data within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the performance of the functions for which the service is requested, excluding processing when the objectives pursued can be achieved through anonymous data or methods that allow the interested party to be identified only if necessary. We invite our users, in requests for information through a special e-mail address not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary, nor much less sensitive and/or judicial data pursuant to Article 4 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“sensitive data”, personal data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union, as well as personal data suitable to reveal the state of health and sex life, judicial data, personal data suitable for revealing measures referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, letters a) to o) and r) to u), of the Presidential Decree November 14, 2002, n. 313, on the subject of criminal records, the register of administrative sanctions depending on the offense and the related pending charges, or the status of defendant or suspect under Articles 60 and 61 of the criminal procedure code). If the user sends in the information requests any personal data and contact data of any third party other than the Interested Party, he acknowledges that this transaction represents a processing of personal data with respect to which they stand as independent Owner, assuming all obligations and responsibilities provided for by the Privacy Code. In this sense, the user guarantees to the Owner that any data of third parties that will be so indicated by the user (and that will be treated as if the third party had provided the informed consent to the treatment) was acquired by the same user in full compliance with the Privacy Code. The user confers on the point the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for the damage from treatment, which should be received by the Data Controller from any third party concerned due to the provision of data indicated by the user in violation of the rules on protection of personal data. We do not collect or disclose personal information from users who disclose the racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, philosophical or otherwise, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical or political nature or union, as well as personal data suitable to reveal the state of health and sex life.
Types of data processed
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (navigation data).
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Optional provision of data

Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 Privacy Code: Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
At any time, the user can exercise the rights provided by the Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:
The interested party has the right to access personal data.
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of:
- the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- the identification details of the Owner and of the Managers;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know them as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, of Managers or Persons in Charge.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
